Our hotel is situated along the main road S.S. 131, between Sassari and Porto Torres. It is only a few minutes from beaches and seas of the Asinara Gulf. Our position is ideal to reach all the places of natural and cultural interest of North-west Sardinia, we are only 30 minutes from Alghero, Stintino and Castelsardo. In the surrounding area, you will find the wildness of the natural park of Asinara Island and the magic setting of the megalithic altar of Monte D'Accodi; we are waiting to show you the tradition of Sardinian hospitality! The hotel Sher-Dan gives you hospitality with its comfortable and recently renewed rooms. A spacious hall, a large conference-room and a large restaurant-room, are perfect for meetings, banquets, marriages and work-breakfasts. 33 rooms all with private bathroom, colour TV, air-conditioned system, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone and mini-bar, can contain about 90 guests. The staff are friendly and helpful, they can give you all the information about accommodation, off-site services or everything you need. The hotel have recently opened the restaurant which offers a menu à la carte, with typical food of the traditional Sardinian cuisine; to aim at choosing good quality products is one of the most important thing for Sher-Dan.

Perfect as starting-point to visit the Asinara park, hotel Sher-Dan makes use of specialized and expert guides, for underwater excursions through a wonderful sea, off-road trips or tracking lovers itinerary, to explore the unspoiled parts of the Asinara island. This special service is given all days during the year and allow an increase of length of the tourist-season. Sher-Dan is situated near to very important archaeological sites as the pre-nuragico altar of the Monte D'Accoddi, the only one ziqqurat in the Mediterranean, and the necropolis of Su Crucifissu Mannu. The hotel offers a package-tour which included six days in total to spend: a half at Sher-Dan (three days to see the north-west Sardinia and its beautiful places like Sassari, Alghero, Stintino, Castelsardo) and a half to spend in a middle-Sardinian hotel, where you will see gorgeous wild place. Sher-Dan also applies special agreements with sports club and business company, a lot of requests come to us because we are near to the Industrial areas of Sassari and Porto Torres. To be situated out of town it's a very important point of strength for Sher-Dan, it can give accommodation to tourist-groups that travel by coach, hich can find place in the large parking in front of the hotel. Sher-Dan organizes typical Sardinian food and wine tasting on request, the staff can also be a helpful guide for your gastronomic itineraries.
